YOUR QUESTIONS
A little clarity
before we talk.
What to expect when working with Clientforce: scope, cost, timing, ownership and results.
Do you only work with builders and architects?
Yes, by design. Building and architecture have their own buyer journey (long, expensive, high-trust), their own questions and their own proof. Focusing on one industry means we already know what a first call sounds like and what a good enquiry looks like. If your business sits nearby, get in touch and we will tell you honestly whether it is a fit.
Do I need a new website?
Not necessarily. Your current site may need stronger project content, clearer services or a better enquiry path rather than a rebuild. The strategy session and the free website check are both designed to work that out before anyone spends money.
What results have you actually achieved?
Invilla Architecture: organic clicks up 247% in the twelve months to August 2026, average Google position from 44.8 to 12.4. Flascon Construction Group: organic clicks up 212% between November 2025 and August 2026, average position from 46.5 to 11.4. Between them the two sites are cited 273 times in AI search answers (ChatGPT, Google AI, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, per Ahrefs). The month-by-month picture is in the case studies.
Can we start with a single project?
Yes. A website rebuild or a focused piece of search or content work can stand alone. Ongoing support is a separate conversation and only makes sense once the foundations are right.
How much will it cost?
Websites start from $6,500 for a small site and $9,800 for a standard rebuild with a full portfolio, copywriting included. SEO runs from $1,100 a month, content from $550 a guide, and ongoing support is $195 a month. All figures ex GST and agreed in writing before you commit, with no lock-in on monthly work. The first strategy conversation is free and you leave it with a clear sense of what is worth doing first.
How long does a website rebuild take?
Weeks rather than months, and the biggest variable is how quickly content decisions get made on your side. We set a realistic timeline once scope and responsibilities are agreed and we tell you what we need from you up front.
What will you need from us?
Access to your current website and marketing accounts, brand assets, project photography and an hour or two of your time for the interviews that produce the copy. We list exactly what is needed at the start of the project.
Who does the work?
We do. Clientforce is a family-run practice based in Brisbane, a husband-and-wife team. You talk to the people who build the site, write the content and read the reports. No account manager between you and the work.
Can you guarantee enquiries or Google rankings?
No. Results depend on competition, demand, budget and the strength of your offer. What we do promise is clear priorities, useful work and honest monthly reporting on the actual numbers.
Who owns the website, the content and the accounts?
You do. The domain, the code, the content, Search Console, your Business Profile and any ad accounts are all yours. If we stop working together, nothing is held hostage.
Do you offer Google Ads?
Where it makes sense. Ads work well for a specific service in a specific area with a landing page that matches. They are a poor substitute for a site that ranks and qualifies on its own, so we usually fix that first.
What happens in the strategy session?
Thirty minutes on a call. We talk about the projects you want, the clients you work best with and what is getting in the way online. You leave with a short list of priorities whether or not we work together.
